On August 15th, the closing ceremony of the 2025 China Resources Group "Future Star" New Employee Training Camp Southern Seven Camp (Building Materials Technology Camp) was held at the China Resources Building Materials Technology Learning and Innovation Center in Guangzhou. Company leaders Jing Shiqing and Liu Wei, representatives from the headquarters, regional main responsible persons, as well as human resources personnel, attended the event together to witness the successful graduation of 200 campers from the Southern Seven Camp.
During the ceremony, the camper representatives closely followed the theme of "Continuing the Red Bloodline, Building the Digital Future Together," using the three bright colors of "Sincere Chinese Red, Enterprising China Resources Yellow, AI Building Materials Technology Blue" as the thread. They vividly demonstrated the inheritance of the red gene, five years of youth talent companionship, industrial practice exploration, and the digitalization of camp management, presenting an excellent topic report titled "AI Empowering, Setting Sail for Shipping."
Chairman Jing Shiqing, combining China Resources' 87-year red history with the 40-year training journey of the "Future Star," focused on the six key words of "cognition, learning, practical work, responsibility, perseverance, and growth," and delivered a closing speech titled "Taking the First Step at China Resources." He encouraged all campers to deepen their understanding continuously, enhance their awareness of the world situation, industry trends, company strategy, job value, and self-awareness; to maintain a commitment to learning and improvement, making learning an active process of deepening and expanding cognition; to test and elevate learning through practical work, achieving "desire to do, ability to do, accomplishment, and no mistakes"; to remember their own responsibilities, viewing serious responsibility as the most important and valuable quality; to have the spirit of perseverance, persisting in becoming a better version of themselves amidst the constantly changing internal and external environment; to focus on continuous growth, maintaining personal efforts and resonating with organizational development. Lastly, Chairman Jing Shiqing shared his hopes with all campers, emphasizing that the new journey is a glorious and dream-filled expedition. He expressed his wish for everyone to establish strong roots at China Resources, taking firm steps to excel at the first step at China Resources and every step in life.
