On February 25, China Resources Building Materials Technology held its 2025 work conference in Shenzhen. Company leaders including Jing Shiqing, Xie Ji, Zheng Qinghong, Lu Hong, Chen Anguo, Chang Yang, Huang Hu, Pan Fei, external directors such as Zhu Ping, Yu Shutian, Zhou Bo, Deng Ronghui, members of various departments, business units' management teams, and key professional positions attended the meeting. The theme of this conference was "Deepening Reform, Embracing Innovation." It aimed to comprehensively implement the spirits of the Central Economic Work Conference and the Group's annual work conference, summarize the company's work in 2024, analyze the current situation, discuss and deploy key tasks for 2025, unify thoughts, consolidate consensus, strengthen confidence, unite in struggle, and ensure the completion of annual objectives.
Chairman Jing Shiqing delivered a speech on the theme "Deepening Reform, Embracing Innovation - Creating a New World through Efforts." Chairman Jing Shiqing fully acknowledged the hard work and valuable contributions of all cadres and employees over the past year and expressed heartfelt thanks and deep respect on behalf of the company.
Chairman Jing Shiqing stated that 2024 was a year of overcoming difficulties and solid progress, with the company comprehensively advancing the "595" strategic initiatives and making steady progress in overall operational quality. In 2025, opportunities and challenges coexist, and there are pressures and motivations. Faced with unprecedented complex and severe situations, it is necessary to solve problems from a higher perspective, stricter standards, and deeper levels of reflection on the "strategic-organizational-cultural" aspects, achieving synchronized growth of business and organization.
To effectively carry out operational development and reform work in 2025, Chairman Jing Shiqing emphasized seven key tasks around building a new pattern of high-quality development for the company: fully achieving annual goals to increase performance; restructuring the sales system systematically to create new market dynamics; consolidating the foundation of lean operation to rebuild competitive advantages; strengthening technological innovation to stimulate new vitality for transformation; deepening organizational capability building to improve new control mechanisms; scientifically planning for the "15th Five-Year Plan" to develop a new blueprint; persisting in integrating party building with business operations to enhance the responsibility for reform.
CEO Xie Ji presented the annual work report of China Resources Building Materials Technology. CEO Xie Ji summarized and reviewed the operational work in 2024, fully recognized the achievements of the past year, conducted industry benchmarking and problem reflection, analyzed the situation for 2025, and focused on implementing key tasks for the year, deploying ten key tasks including stabilizing the company's profit base, focusing on the main business transformation and upgrading, and systematically reshaping the EHS management system.
CEO Xie Ji emphasized the need to uphold the spirit of courage in adversity, maintain confidence, face challenges, and work hard to deepen reforms with an innovative spirit, promote new growth with an entrepreneurial spirit, resolutely achieve annual performance goals, catch up and outperform the industry, promote high-quality development of the company with clear strategic layouts and solid performance.
Vice Presidents Li Baojun, Zheng Qinghong, Lu Hong, Chen Anguo, on behalf of the company, made specific work arrangements for deepening management mechanism reforms, reducing costs across the entire value chain, market sales, and safety production.
During the meeting, management teams of various regions and business units made pledges to the company, EHS responsibility documents were signed, outstanding collectives and individuals for 2024 were commended, and units with poor business performance were also highlighted.
This year marks the end of the "14th Five-Year Plan" and the planning year for the "15th Five-Year Plan."
