On the afternoon of February 7, China Resources Building Materials Technology held its 2026 Annual Work Conference. Company leaders Jing Shiqing, Xie Ji, Li Baojun, Liu Wei, Chen Anguo, Chang Yang, Huang Hu, and Pan Fei; external directors Yu Shutian, Zhou Bo, Deng Ronghui, and Li Nan; representatives from the Group's Strategy Management Department and Finance Department; as well as leading team members and key professional staff from all departments and business units, totaling over 440 people, attended the conference either on-site or via video link at various venues. Li Baojun presided over the meeting and conveyed the spirit of the Central Enterprise Directors Conference and the Annual Work Conference of China Resources Group.
Under the theme "Consolidate Foundations, Break Through and Foster Innovation, Strive Forward on a New Journey to a Better Future," the conference aimed to fully implement the spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee, deeply act on the guiding principles of the Central Economic Work Conference and the Central Enterprise Directors Conference, and follow the deployment of China Resources Group's Annual Work Conference. It reviewed the company's key work in 2025, analyzed the current situation, planned the development direction for the 15th Five-Year Plan period, and studied and arranged key tasks for 2026.
Jing Shiqing delivered a speech titled "Consolidate Foundations to Mitigate Risks, Break Through and Foster Innovation for Development." He noted that in 2025, all cadres and employees worked with unity and perseverance to overcome challenges, achieving steady improvement in business performance, remarkable results in reform and critical initiatives, accelerated industrial transformation and upgrading, enhanced organizational capability and vitality, and strengthened Party building leadership. For 2026, the internal and external situation is characterized by the "three overlapping periods": an economic transition period, an industry transformation period, and a corporate transformation period. The company must adhere to the general work guideline of "seeking progress while maintaining stability, improving quality and efficiency," focus on intensive development and expand extensive growth to inject sustained impetus into the company's high-quality development.
During the conference, key special tasks were deployed in four areas: market management, supply chain management, operation management, and human resource management. The results of the 2025 annual commendation for excellence were announced, honoring advanced collectives and outstanding individuals of 2025. Leading teams of all major regions and business divisions also made performance commitments.
